Resonance Repatterning could be loosely described as 'energy counselling', 'energy reframing' or 'energy coaching'. It is a process that facilitates positive change through combining principles from new physics and energy psychology with the ancient wisdom of chakra and meridian therapies.

How can you benefit?

When we experience negative emotions, problems, trauma or illness our energy constricts and becomes 'tense'. We react emotionally, loose control and feel powerless. In Resonance Repatterning we trace the energy that is ready to be transformed in order to take you to a higher state of well-being, coherence and joy.

In other words we tune you out of resoanating with problems and into resonating with your intentions, with what you want and need in life.

The change people experience happens naturally without great effort on their part.

During a Resoanance Repatterning session we use a tool known as Resonance Kinesiology  to access subconscious patterns. This is done whilst you stay fully conscious and alert.

How does it work?

Resonance Repatterning transforms the energy attached to negative and overwhelming emotions, traumas, events, challenges and problems. It often brings about positive change where cognitive models of therapy reach their limitations. People regularly say 'I feel as if something has lifted'.

Resonance Repatterning works on the principle of resonance. Experimants have shown that when a tuning fork of a given frequency is sounded its vibrations cause other tuning forks of the same frequency to vibrate and sound. Everything is energy in motion vibrating at certain frequencies. We are energy in motion vibrating at certain frequencies. With these frequencies, like the tuning forks in the experiment, we connect with our environment which creates our experiences.

We recognise this principle when we meet someone we are in tune with through saying 'We are exactly on the same wave length'. We feel happy, joyful and contented. A connection is made with positive and life enhancing frequencies. Our life is in balance and we are energised by it.

Whilst it is quite easy to recognise when we resonate with what makes us feel good, the principle of resonance also applies to people and situations we find challenging or problematic. We experience what we resonate with, we are also on the same wave length as our problems.

Consultations can be done on a one to one basis face-to-face or by telephone. Powerful transformation can also be experienced in a group session or in a session by proxy.

Telephone sessions: Yes, it is possible for Monika to facilitate your process remotely over the phone and still be in touch with her client and their energy. The tool of Resonance Kinesiology helps her to stay in touch with her client's energy. How is this possible? Our frequencies radiate like radio waves for beyond our physical bodies and it just needs something to pick these signals up. Resonance Kinesiology acts like Monika's aerial for those signals.

Working with Monika over the telephone is best suited to those clients who prefer a certain anonymity whilst accessing what causes their problems. Clients might experience this as having a deeper level of confidentiality than working face to face with a therapist.

It also cuts out travelling times and expenses. There is no additional charge for telephone calls as Monika will contact you.

Clients generally experience this as a comfortable and safe way of working through their problems.

Proxy sessions: Proxy sessions take this principle a step further in as much as that the client doesn't actually need to be either present in person or on the phone. Monika is able to fully tune into a client's energy for them when doing a proxy session. Of course she would only ever do this with her client's permission. A full write up of the session will be provided.

Proxy sessionsare usually well like by people with busy life styles, who find it difficult to set sufficient time aside for a in person, face-to-face or by phone, consultation.

The consultation lasts about 1½ hours and costs £65.
